I bought one of their candles and the quality was so bad the glass itself singed the lable on the glass. The glass got so hot that it burnt a mark in my table and I could not move it albeit it was only the third time I lit it.
It did not smell of anything either and upon telling Byredo this they asked where it was bought so I said Space NK and then they siad oh well none of our problem then deal with Spacke NK.... They manufacture these and take ZERO responsibility. Not as much as an excuse but "oh you need to trim the wick" and I do even have a special sissors to trim my wicks with as burn candles all the time in my home,just new to this brand and I will NEVER buy from the, again. Be warned!
